On April 5, let’s head to the cinema. The Super Mario Bros. Movie will now be released in American theatres on Wednesday, April 5, as opposed to its prior Friday, April 7, release date, according to the official Twitter account. Chris Pratt plays the recognizable red-capped hero in the Nintendo video game adaption.

The business announced last week that a fresh trailer for the film will also debut during a Nintendo Direct live stream on Thursday, March 9.

That will be the second trailer for the film to appear in such a webcast; the first was unveiled in October of last year. Earlier this month, we also saw a Super Bowl commercial with a throwback theme.
Together with Keegan-Michael Key and Seth Rogen, the film also stars Charlie Day as Toad, Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach, Jack Black as Bowser, and Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong.
