Lawyer and activist George Thomas Conway III were born in the United States on September 2, 1963. Conway withdrew his name from consideration when President Donald Trump was considering him for the job of Solicitor General of the United States and a position as an associate attorney general overseeing the Civil Division at the United States Department of Justice.
Despite the fact that his wife, Kellyanne Conway, worked for Trump from 2016 to 2020, Conway began to speak out against him in 2018. Conway was a member of the Lincoln Project, an alliance of former Republicans working to unseat Trump during the 2020 presidential election.

George Conway and Kellyanne Conway, a former adviser to Donald Trump, declared on 1 March 2023, Saturday that they are “in the final stages of an amicable divorce.”

George Conway frequently attacked the Trump administration while his wife worked for the then-president, drawing attention to the couple’s troubled marriage. The statement claimed that the pair had been wed for more than 20 years. The New York Post broke the news of the divorce first.
Kellyanne Conway claimed in an interview with CNN last year that George Conway, a lawyer who had once been a candidate for a number of Justice Department jobs in the Trump administration, persuaded her to accept the role heading Trump’s presidential campaign in 2016. She later became the first female campaign manager to defeat a male opponent in a presidential contest.

Trump had previously referred to George Conway as a “whack job,” a “stone cold LOSER,” and a “husband from hell” who was envious of his wife’s success in response to criticism. Both Kellyanne Conway and George Conway announced their departures from their respective positions at the Lincoln Project and the White House in August 2020, claiming the need to devote more time to their families.
Career Of George Conway
Conway worked for Judge Ralph K. Winter Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as a law clerk in 1987 and 1988. Conway began working with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in September 1988. In January 1994, he became a partner of the company in the litigation department, earning a million dollars annually.
Conway’s practice specialized in antitrust, contracts, securities, mergers & acquisitions, and litigation. Â Wachtell Lipton reported average partner profits of $5.8 million in 2016.
