Anna Nicole Smith: You Don’t Know Me is a new documentary on Netflix that takes a look back at both the life and tragic de@th of the former Playboy bunny turned media sensation Anna Nicole Smith.
Who Is Anna Nicole Smith Daughter?
Smith, who passed suddenly at the age of 29, did so just a few months after the de@th of her son Daniel and a few months after the birth of her daughter Dannielynn Birkhead.
Following the delivery of Dannielynn, a high-profile paternity suit was initiated. Despite the fact that Smith’s partner at the time, attorney Howard K. Stern, was listed as the child’s father on the birth certificate at first, Smith eventually changed the information.
However, Smith’s former lover, the photographer Larry Birkhead, claimed paternity after receiving a text message from Smith just before she passed away alerting him that the child was his. Smith had told Birkhead that the child was his. After it was determined through DNA testing that Birkhead was Dannielynn’s biological father, he was granted sole custody of his daughter.

Where Is Dannielynn Birkhead Now?
The honor roll student Dannielynn Birkhead, 15, resides with her father in Louisville, Kentucky, where she attends high school.
“Sixteen years ago my beautiful baby was born,” Birkhead wrote on Instagram while celebrating Dannielynn’s 16th birthday in September 2022. “That’s if you want to feel really old. Many people thought the odds were stacked against you, but maybe that was geared more towards me than you. Through tragedy, turmoil and a couple of baby tantrums-today you shine bright and are so accomplished. So proud to be your Dad!”

Both the Barnstable Brown Gala, which is held the day before the Kentucky Derby, and Dannielynn’s father are events they frequently attend together. Dannielynn honored her late mother at the most recent gala by donning a dress covered in images from Smith’s Guess ad campaign.
