The majority of banks will be closed on Presidents Day because it is a bank holiday in the Federal Reserve system. Notably, TD Bank will be operating on Monday, and other banks’ ATMs and internet banking will be functional. Both the NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange will be shut down.

Mailing: On Monday, USPS will be closed and won’t be delivering any residential or commercial mail. However, regular business hours will apply to UPS (UPS), FedEx (FDX) Ground, and FedEx (FDX) Home Delivery.
Government institutions: The DMV, libraries, courthouses, and city hall are just a few examples of non-essential government offices that will be closed on Monday at the federal, state, county, and local levels. Also, federal and state courts will be closed.

Retail: The majority of shops and eateries will be open on Monday, but double-check with nearby establishments. Most supermarkets and big box stores like Walmart, Target, and Costco will be open.
