John Martin Kruk, a well-known former American first baseman and outfielder in professional baseball, has gained prominence after losing weight.

Which Disease Affected John Kruk’s Health?
Kruk did admit that he wishes he was healthier. However, he had a number of health issues, including:
Kruk was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 1994. During a routine checkup, Kruk discovered a tumor in his groin. As a result, he needed surgery to remove one of his testicles. More chemo, radiation, and other medical treatments were added to the treatment plan.
Type 2 Diabetes
John couldn’t live without his daily insulin shot after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Kruk began to feel the repercussions of his weight gain and poor lifestyle around the year 2015. He was getting poorer at his game and was having knee problems.
