In Missouri, police are looking into an attempted carjacking that resulted in a shooting close to downtown St. Louis.
Officers were summoned to a petrol station early on Wednesday morning with allegations of a shooting, according to the St. Louis Police Department.
According to KMOV, a carjacking victim shot a suspect allegedly trying to steal his vehicle.
Both parties possessed firearms, but according to authorities, the deceased person is the suspect. He is described as an unidentified black man in his 20s. An older white male, 48, was the first robbery victim, according to the police.
