Jamie Cail’s Boyfriend Found Her Unconscious In Their Shared Apartment
According to reports from the United States Virgin Islands Police Department, Cail’s boyfriend, whose name has not been made public, discovered her unresponsive on the floor of their shared apartment at approximately 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21.
